This is a Reflexology system that concentrates on moving stagnant energy thru the pathways of the Marmas - the vital energy centers- in a more rapid manner - clearing and energizing each Marma. The sessions also include the use of essential oils, breath, chanting and the Casa bowl, from India, which is a great conductor of energy.
